Dancer
Dancer
Nikon D300 w/ Sigma 50-150
After seeing this photo Dancer's owner said he looked more like a monkey than a cat. I kind of have to agree with her.

Sammy
Sammy
Nikon D70s w/ Sigma 50-150
This is Sammy. He is a male Eclectus and was not interested in getting his picture taken in the slightest. He had it in his head that his back side was his best side and that he would show it off to it's best effect. I got lucky and was able to get this shot when he wasn't paying any attention.

Cat Family Portrait
Cat Composite
Last week I was asked by a client to take a picture of all her cats together. The challenge was that she had 7 cats and that there was no way they would all sit still long enough to take the picture. After giving it much thought I decided to go the composite route and this is the result. For those of you keeping count only 5 of the 7 cats are present in the above image. I felt that having all 7 cats crowded up the image too much so I removed a few of them. This image is also available here if you would like to use it as a computer desktop.
